Floyd Ross Memorial Scholarship

Floyd Ross Memorial Scholarship established by the Ukiah High School Alumni Association and Charles and Wanda Manning in 2018. This scholarship is awarded to a graduating Ukiah High School senior with a 3.0 GPA planning to attend Mendocino College in the upcoming Fall semester.
